Woodland – The Villages

Installation of ducts, copper lines, and system startup for a restaurant and golf cart service offices in one of The Villages’ expansion areas.

Turie T. Small Elementary – Daytona

Installation of plenums, units in the mechanical rooms, main ducts, and supply units of the air system. Completed with a full duct cleaning.

Pasco High School – Dade City

Pasco High School – Dade City Expansion of the school facilities. We installed HVAC systems for the new areas designated for students and academic staff.

New City Hall – Clearwater

Complete remodeling of the municipal building. We removed the old ducts and installed new units with more than 70 VAVs distributed throughout the offices.

MIDDLETON

The MAV – Channelside, Tampa

Complete HVAC system installation in two buildings (20 and 5 stories). We installed ducts, copper lines, corridors, indoor units, and condensers on the roof, leaving the entire system fully operational.

Hyatt Place – Downtown Tampa

Correction and relocation of VRF copper lines on the roof, repair of small leaks, and system optimization completed within a month and a hal

HOSPITAL

Fruitland park

Four Seasons Resort – Orlando

In a staffing capacity, we supported the main team by running all copper lines from each unit to the condensers. Continuous work over a 7-month period.

Everbank – Jacksonville

Remodeling of the central HVAC system. We dismantled the old equipment and coordinated the receipt and installation of the new machines in the mechanical room.

AER in the District – Tampa

Complete installation of all copper lines in the parking structure, connecting each one to the VAVs and main units. The work was executed with precision and a high level of aesthetic quality, as the system remains exposed.

Bay Island – St. Petersburg

In this 20-story building, over 40 years old, we installed new ventilation systems in the emergency stairwells to comply with the county’s current safety codes. We carried out the installation of fans and ducts to ensure proper pressurization and airflow in case of an emergency.

CFB Mortgage & Wealth – The Villages

We carried out the complete installation of ductwork and ventilation piping for the bank’s offices, ensuring an efficient, comfortable, and safe indoor environment. Our technical team managed every stage of the project—from system design and planning to installation, testing, and commissioning.

Fire Station – Haines City

This project was carried out under a staffing model, with the full participation of our specialized ductwork team. We completed the full installation of ducting and main equipment, overseeing every stage of the process—from project start to final system handover.

New Atraction in Legoland – Cypress Gardens

Participation in the installation phase of the new roller coaster at the park. Responsible for the setup and routing of ducts and copper lines from the underground utilities up to the startup area, in collaboration with the Energy Air team. The work included coordinating with multiple trades to ensure proper alignment and integration of the mechanical and electrical systems, following safety and quality standards throughout the project.

Catholic High School – Tampa

Support in the expansion of the school’s main auditorium, installing the complete ductwork for the new HVAC system.The project included the design, assembly, and sealing of air ducts to ensure even temperature distribution and optimal energy efficiency throughout the facility.

Complete Duct Installation for Corporate Offices Project successfully completed in just 2 months, finishing one month ahead of schedule thanks to process optimization and the use of advanced technology. Our team carried out the full installation of air conditioning and ventilation duct systems for a corporate office complex, ensuring maximum energy efficiency, execution precision, and compliance with the highest quality standards.

Long Center – Clearwater

Comprehensive renovation of the Clearwater Aquatic Complex. Our team carried out the complete removal of outdated ductwork and replaced it with modern, high-capacity systems designed to optimize airflow and energy efficiency. Modera – St. Petersburg

Sector: High-Rise Residential – St. Petersburg, FL Description: 22-story tower project. CEOS Group installed all copper lines for indoor units, mini splits, and corridors, including rooftop condensers and structural stands. Key Results: Leak-free system and pressure-tested delivery. Embassy Suites – Kissimmee

Multi-building development project comprising 5 structures, with 3 buildings completed to 100%. Scope of work included rough-in, trim, and startup phases encompassing corridor installations, vertical riser systems, copper piping infrastructure, and full commissioning of all residential units (65 apartments per building).
