Planning Manager
Vacancy Description:
At CEOS GROUP we are looking for a Planning Manager to help us continue to grow, with the ability to coordinate the operation and productivity of several projects simultaneously
Profile:
Industrial or civil engineer
Functions:
- Plan and organize the daily to annual operation for each project
- Analyze blueprints and specify quantities of parts, sizes and materials per unit, floor and building
- Place material orders for projects
- Execute action plans to improve processes, methods and tools
- Adjust values and production times of the different activities in each project
- Adjust values and production times of the operators in each activity performed
- Productivity analysis by project and operator.
- Record and keep track of the progress in each of the projects
- Coordination with supervisors and foremen.
- Anticipate and evaluate the impact of unexpected events that arise in the projects
Knowledge:
- Microsoft Project
- Excel
- Autocad or similar drawing editing tools.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Qualifications:
- Proactivity and autonomy to perform your duties
- Demonstrated success in planning and process improvement strategies
- Experience in large scale construction projects
- Ability to travel to the U.S. sporadically
- Long term vision and ability to grow at an accelerated rate
